These Terms of Service govern your use of the Seven Labs website and our consulting and development services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Work
All services, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). Any work outside the scope of the signed SOW will require a separate agreement or change order.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client shall own all rights, title, and interest in the custom software and source code developed specifically for them, excluding any pre-existing code, open-source libraries, or proprietary tools used by Seven Labs.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Seven Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
